The Institute trains specialists of high qualification for different types of educational institutions and implements educational programs of post-graduate professional training and programs of additional education. Students are trained 18 specialities at 9 faculties.
The teaching staff of the Institute makes up 433 people within an average age of 38 years old.
Total number of students makes up 5708 people, including 3395 full-time students, 2313 external students. About 900 certified educational specialists of different profiles graduate each year.
The Institute has 27 specialities of postgraduate study, opportunities to get a Doctor’s degree in 3 specialities. Two Councils for Ph.D. and doctoral thesis defense are active. Nowadays, there are more than 130 people trained for Ph.D. and Doctor’s degree in the Institute. The Institute occupies 7 buildings. There are 3 dormitories, canteen, stadium, prophylactic sanato-rium, biological research station and sport and recreation camp at the students disposal.
